4M Surveying & Mapping Services, Inc 4M Surveying & Mapping Services, Inc Mims, FL Mims, FL Contract Contract From $20 an hour From $20 an hour 3 days ago 3 days ago 3 days ago Duties - Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, printing and mailing land surveys - Maintain and organize office files, both physical and electronic - Assist with proofreading and editing documents for accuracy and clarity - Coordinate projects and tasks to ensure timely completion - Provide excellent customer service to clients - Assist with order entry and inventory management as needed Requirements - Previous experience in a land survey office setting is preferred - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of land survey terminology is a plus - Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic office environment with a variety of responsibilities.
