JOB REQUIRMENTS:
MUST HAVE HHA CERTIFICATE (OR PASS HHA TEST) MUST HAVE VALID CPR BLS CARD.
MUST HAVE A COPY OF A NEG TB SKIN TEST RESULTS, CHEST XRAY or TBQ GOLD QUANTIFERON BLOOD TEST RESULTS, MUST HAVE LEVEL 2 BACKGROUND CLEARANCE.
MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE PROOF OF CAR INSURANCE.
MUST SPEAK ENGLISH CLEARLY.
MUST HAVE GOOD DRIVING RECORD.
MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION.
MUST HAVE A CAR TO DRIVE PATIENT TO APPOINTMENTS DURING THE DAY SHIFTS AS NEEDED.
